Scope Of Work
Fast-track, 22-week, expansion of existing Porsche Dealership to expand into adjacent tenant space with modifications to the existing floor. Relocation and replacement of existing glazing, signage, and decorative fascia. Modifications include adding new metal panels, frameless full height glass in revised area. The building will be upgraded with new HVAC, plumbing and electrical equipment, and revisions to existing drive areas. Existing demising wall to be removed and all tenant spaces to be combined into one address.
