Scope Of Work
A fast-tracked three week schedule for this office tenant improvement project consisted of multiple conference rooms, phone rooms, private offices, open offices, and a stand-alone server room. Added scope to the server configuration, which included substantial seismic anchorage to the server racks, was outside the original scope. Despite the addition, the project was completed early, allowing for occupancy one week ahead of schedule.
