Scope Of Work
Fast-track, 22-week tenant improvement project including seismic upgrade, ADA and exterior upgrades, all new finishes, upgraded fire life safety, installation of furniture and systems from existing facility, and retrofit of office facilities to accommodate usage by a vocational training institute.
Specialized usage areas included dental hygiene, veterinary technician, pharmacy technology and massage therapy. All work was completed in coordination with occupant in adjacent space.
