Scope Of Work
CIM Group and Taboola Inc enlisted MK Rice Construction Inc, to build out a new suite for the expansion of their rapidly growing business.
Our client Taboola Inc is based overseas and was looking to expand the business.
Due to Taboola Inc and the architect being overseas we faced a few challenges with communication. Since the architect was in another country MK Rice had to assist in converting their drawings and symbols to CA code compliant. Also having the architect fly out to go over the issues in person to get a better understanding of the project at hand.
The planning and collaboration of MK Rice, the client and others was key to a successful uninterrupted workflow, which helped deliver the project to the full satisfaction of the client.
