Scope Of Work
The Colburn School is a performing arts school with a focus on music and dance located in downtown Los Angeles adjacent to the Museum of Contemporary Art and across the street from the Walt Disney Concert Hall.
Colburn approached MK Rice Construction to add additional classrooms to provide more space for their students enrolled to help achieve their academic goals.
Being that this is an active occupied space MK Rice was careful when planning the schedule to make sure both the classrooms and occupants were not affected during construction.
Breaking this project into phases help provide an easy an uninterrupted successful project.
