To connect 230 Willis Avenue and 230 Willis Avenue. Construct one entrance for both buildings and a staircase in the middle that would unite both buildings. Creative Building Design succeeded in combining both buildings into one. Therefore creating a 16 luxury apartments from 8 apartments.
