Scope Of Work

Magnolia Park Townhomes & Apartments is a 29 unit rental property located at Imola Avenue and Shurtleff in Napa. This complex opened in July of 2005. The complex offers a choice of studio, one, two, three and four bedroom apartments. Some accessible or adaptable units are available for applicants with disabilities. Special funding has allowed the property to earmark 14 units of varying sizes for farmworker households. Amenities include on-grounds parking, some of which is covered, some private patios, a community room, a playground and a laundry facility.
