Scope Of Work

Designed with comfort and efficiency in mind this multi-story building is under construction with chill water system and variable air volume equipment, BACnet interface to energy recovery unit, parking garage ventilation based on carbon monoxide levels, domestic water heater control, temperature monitoring of MDF/IDF and interior/exterior lighting control.  ATOM software provided for energy consumption measurement and tenant billing for after hours use of air conditioning.  Digital building telephone override system allows users to override air conditioning schedules remotely prior to arriving at the building.  ATOM will then tally the usage and prepare monthly statements for the building owner to use for billing purposes.
