Bluegrass Technologies has been licensed and performed asbestos abatement for 
over 13 years, commercial and residential. We are committed to protecting our 
employees, clients, and the environment. This includes strict adherence to OSHA, 
EPA, and DOT regulations. We maintain General Liability insurance with a 1 
million occurrence limit. 

Mold Remediation:

Bluegrass Technologies has performed mold remediation for over 10 years. We 
Have the expertise and knowledge to perform permanent mold removal that enables
us to serve our clients cost effectively without sacrificing quality or safety.

Lead Abatement:

Bluegrass Technologies performs HUD lead based paint abatement and or 
component removal utilizing OSHA and EPA certified employees.

Demolition:

Bluegrass Technologies provides testing and surveys before projects are permitted.
Bluegrass works in conjunction with numerous demolition contractors to provide
Onsite environmental supervision, consultation, material testing and air monitoring.

Contaminated Soil Excavation & Remediation:

Bluegrass Technologies performs soil excavation and remediation following
specifications for the specific contaminant. We always employ or are overseen by
a third party environmental consultant to insure that the interests of our clients are
protected.

Hazardous Material Remediation:

Bluegrass Technologies provides hazardous material remediation under the 
supervision of a certified hazardous material technician. We employ personnel with
the HAZWOPER certification training.

Restoration and Remodeling:

Bluegrass Technologies maintains a Louisville, KY contractors licence for 
residential general contractors classifications. We maintain relationships with
architects and engineers that can assist with any type or size of project. We perform
specialty subcontractor tasks with in-house employees and other contractors in the 
following categories; framing, drywall, plumbing and concrete.

Water and Fire Restoration:

Bluegrass Technologies utilizes in-house abatement staff and skilled tradesmen
to perform restoration services. We maintain relationships with specialized
building drying companies to facilitate a fast turnaround approach to your 
disaster needs.
