Scope Of Work
The school’s cafeteria and gym hallway's existing foundations had settled and produced excessive cracking, so F&SS installed a 50-pile solution. At the gym hallway, we provided Helical Piles as a Value Engineering substitute for compaction grouting.
- Provided both cost and time savings while simplifying the installation process.
- Accessed equipment through 6-foot wide by 7-foot tall doorways to install the 10-ton design load piles.
- All piles were installed on time within 3 days (including moving in & out of the building twice to accommodate piles added during the installation process).
