Scope Of Work
Provide membrane and sheet waterproofing to the foundation walls and floor of the comfort station at the Baruch playground in Manhattan. This process included excavation to expose foundation walls (trenching), providing waterproofing and insulation board at the foundation walls, then covering the trenches with clean fill, provide 6" gravel then provide sheet waterproofing with insulation boards and new concrete was poured on top.
