Scope Of Work

Atlas Builders was tasked with the interior and exterior renovation of an 9,000 Sf commercial space on 1st and 2nd floors. The space was vacant for over 15 years. Atlas installed new electrical, plumbing, structural steel staircase, offices, flooring, high-end lighting and security system, and a HVAC system with humidity control.

We compressed 6 months of construction into 4.5 months by running two full-time crews and working almost 24/7 in order to meet the client’s tight schedule. The level of detail was extensive and required hands-on coordination and project management. The finish work had to be perfect in order not to distract from the art being displayed in this gallery. We delivered on the quality, schedule and the client’s budget.
