Scope Of Work
907 Driggs Avenue is a 23 unit, 6 story apartment complex in the Williamsburg area of Brooklyn. Atlas Builders was selected as GC to complete the moderate rehabilitation of the building under HPD’s Year 15 Preservation Program.
The scope included new roofing, high-efficiency boiler system, kitchen and bath renovations, window replacement and masonry work.
