Scope Of Work
Capri Contractors was the general contractor and project manager for the quality conversion of this 31,000 SF former Days Inn Hotel located in Orlando, FL They transformed the hotel into private Two Bedroom Two Bath condominium units. Although this involved extensive work – including but not limited to all new drywall, fixtures, floors and the addition of kitchens – the project was completed in budget and on time!
