Scope Of Work
Capri Contractors, Inc. constructed this 7,281 sqft retail center from the ground up. This attractive new building is located in Central Florida (City of Orlando), Orange County. The interior of the commercial structure included five individual office suites that ranged in size from 200 to 1,000 sqft. The building project was completed on time and within budget – from onset to the installation of the asphalt parking lot and attractive foliage and landscaping.
