Capri Contractors, Inc. constructed this professional business office and retail building located in Central Florida (Orlando), Orange County. The building size is over 15,000 sqft. The structural elements included block construction, steel floor trusses, wood roof trusses with one ply roof construction system. Interior specifications included fire sprinklers and alarms and independent A/C units. The exterior of the building was completed with an asphalt parking lot, storm drainage and attractive Florida foliage and landscape elements.
