Scope Of Work

Capri Contractors, Inc. competed the construction and project management of this beautiful new town home project. The buildings are located in the city of Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida (Lake County.)  The project included five types of model home units that ranged from 1,200 to 1,550 sqft.  The two-story town homes all have single car garages. Lovely living rooms, spacious bedrooms, as well as laundry rooms highlight the interiors.  Exteriors of each unit included patios and front porches.  Capri Contractors, Inc. finished the construction with particular attention to detail and to the complete satisfaction of the client!
