AZ Homes, Inc.

AZ Homes, Inc., was established in 2013 by two gentleman, one being David Avalos.  In 2015, David took over all aspects of the company and in 2019 AZ Commercial was added.  AZ is a family owned and operated, Washington and Oregon certified, certified GAF Roofing -  small business.  David went in to business with the vision of helping others and providing for his family. We are currently working on our sustainablility skills and we are dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint.

In addition to roofing, we also have a local custom cabinet shop which allows faster delivery, quality in materials, and customized selections at an affordable price.  Our portfolio includes full kitchen and bath remodels, multi-family renovations and power washing and light demo. We have a company owned triple axle dump trailer for removal of roofing and demo debris 

When operating as a GC, AZ subcontracts out cement flatwork, sheet rock, electrical, and HVAC. What sets us apart is we consider these subcontractors to be partners. Over the years, David has built relationships and trust with our partner subcontractors which has enables us to find the best quality for the best value.
