Scope Of Work
The Village II Shopping center was starting to show its age when Columbus arrived on the scene. The 70’s-vintage, Mount Laurel, NJ strip shopping center was worse for wear and tenants were frustrated with the look and feel of the place. Columbus gave the center a top-to-bottom facelift, with new mansard roof materials, signage, landscaping, pavement treatments, and more. The revamped center has attracted a number of new, upscale retail and office tenants, and the work has paid dividends for the owner.
