Scope Of Work
Columbus Construction is renovating and providing replacement work of the PENNDOT District 5-0 Office in Allentown, PA. This work includes, replacement of the existing built-up roof system, upgrading existing HVAC control system, addition of perimeter roof guardrail system, renovation of 6 existing bathrooms, elevator modernization, door hardware modifications, provide carbon monoxide and natural gas detection system in boiler room. Columbus will also upgrade the building's systems including, light panels, boilers, fire and jockey pumps, and more.
