Scope Of Work

For a medium-sized law office like Ledgewood, having a space that reflects your firm’s ethos is crucial to client and employee retention. Columbus came in to help Ledgewood renovate an existing law office perched on the 34th floor of Two Commerce Square to better suit the needs of the lawyers and staff at Ledgewood. We managed the 90-day turnaround of the space including permit procurement, replacing carpets, painting, re-configuring the floor plan, and designing, fabricating, and installing secretarial stations. All this work was accomplished on time, while working within the strict work restrictions of a busy downtown building.
