Scope Of Work
Columbus is currently constructing a 3-story single family dwelling from the ground up in Longport, New Jersey. This custom home sits on approximately 6,000 square-feet and will include a master bedroom with a master sauna, 3-story elevator, fireplace, 5-car garage and guest suite. The outside of the house consists of balconies, a water-faced deck with a deck extension and bulkhead that leads into the bay. Included on the deck will be the outdoor pool and hot tub.
