Scope Of Work
The City of Houston Transportation and Traffic Operations Center includes 15,000 square feet of office space, 25,000 square feet of warehouse space workshop areas, storage, vehicular maintenance and support facilities and a parking for 275 vehicles. The facility also includes a specialized shop area for manufacturing traffic signs on-site and a separate metal canopy wash down area. The building is LEED Gold certified and was completed eight months ahead of schedule.
