Scope Of Work
The Center at Pearland Parkway is the first major retail center for the residents in Pearland, Texas.
The 165,000-square-foot shopping space is situated on a 27 acre site next to FM 518 and Pearland Parkway. Tenants include Palais Royal, TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Petco, Five Below and Rack Room Shoes.
The center was built using tilt-up construction. Tract 1 consisted of 11 lease spaces totaling more than 125,000 square feet, and Tract 2 consisted of six spaces totaling nearly 19,000 square feet.
