Palone Bros. Air Conditioning is a 4th generation family owned and operated full service HVAC contracting firm established in 1928. We specialize in high-end residential apartments (Park Avenue, Fifth Avenue, Central Park West), townhouse renovations, commercial build-outs, retrofits, and all types of service and repair. We offer preventive maintenance contracts to every new installation, and fully guarantee all of our work. We work with many well-known general contractors and developers to provide a top-of-the-line HVAC experience with unmatched responsiveness and responsibility.
