Scope Of Work
Initially, the scope was to grind, stain, and seal the existing 3,000 sq/ft of concrete in this historic structure being converted into restaurant space. After rough prep, loose and crumbling concrete leveler was found which was unacceptable for the traffic expected in the space. We flooded a new floor throughout the space, followed by grinding, staining, and sealing.
