Our Story
Construction Waste is a WBE locally-owned, Central Indiana waste processing, disposal, and recycling company. The company began in 2001 and is a subsidiary company to Renascent, Inc. Construction Waste and Renascent work hand-in-hand on demolition projects. Construction Waste also serves local home builders, developers, general contractors, remodelers, manufacturing companies, industrial companies, civil contractors, heavy highway contractors, and many more.
We offer dumpsters at flat rates, without additional fees and charges for a no-nonsense pricing structure. We can tailor pricing to our customer's or project needs. We understand not every project is the same and may have its own challenges and specific needs.
At Construction Waste, we understand service time is a major factor to our customers and their projects. We ensure to give every customer the care and attention needed to provide top-notch and speedy service to keep your job site working efficiently.
Our no-nonsense pricing is based on a flat fee for each dumpster size. We do not charge additional fees, such as fuel surcharges, delivery & pickup fees, environmental taxes, or disposal charges. When you use our dumpsters, you know in advance exactly what your costs will be.
We offer all of the general dumpster needs; however, there are specific areas we feel we excel. These areas include:
- LEED projects and waste reporting. We refer to this as our "Sort & Report"
- Concrete washout containers. We offer cutting edge designs that enable us to recycle the material much easier. We use a release spray instead of a liner and offer lower sides for ease of washing out. For concrete pump trucks, we also offer dumpsters with ramps for the trucks to back up and easily washout inside of the dumpster without worrying about clearance issues.
- Clean fill / Solid fill containers. We recycle and reuse most of this material. Our demolition company, Renascent, Inc., uses this material as back fill on their projects. We also sell materials to other contractors who may need it for fill material or road packing material.
- Contaminated soils. If you have dirt with oil, hydraulic fluid, fuel, or other petroleum contaminants, we can take the measures to ensure it is hauled and treated properly.
