Mr. Brent L. Moore, CEP, is a senior professional with more than 30 years experience in permitting, environmental compliance, engineering, project management, and business management. He is Vice President and Principal of Sierra.

Seth Jayne proudly served in the US Army for 10 years and brings deep domain knowledge in earthworks, and materials testing. A seasoned entrepreneur, Seth founded Sierra Geotech DVBE Inc in 2016 with a small group of soil technicians.

Shaun joined Sierra Geotech in September 2018 and is our current managing principal. Shaun is a geotechnical engineering professional and senior project manager with extensive experience in commercial buildings, transportation, water storage, water conveyance and industrial infrastructure projects. He has delivered transformational projects of all sizes for public and private clients in USA, Australia, New Zealand, and India. In a career spanning almost 15 years, Shaun has led numerous client engagements where civil engineering challenges were complex. 

Frank joined Sierra Geotech in January 2019 and brings with him more than a decade of experience managing geotechnical materials testing and inspection services for large construction projects. A go-to person for several contractors, Frank has proven experience leading large teams of special inspectors, lab technicians and field technicians. Madhu is a geotechnical engineer with 16 years of experience, almost all of it being in California. Madhu’s specializations include site characterization, engineering analyses (foundation, earthwork, slope stability, seepage, seismic), and design for building foundations, pavements, retaining walls, and other infrastructure projects. Madhu has led numerous site investigations and site assessments including soil borings, cone penetration testing (CPT), and other testing, as well as technical oversight of subcontractors..
