We offer a wide range of services starting with demand service, quarterly filter changes, quarterly filter changes and tuneups, to full service maintenance agreements that cover your hvac systems bumper to bumper for the life of the agreement.
\r\nOur service technicians are fully trained on repair and maintenance for all major manufacturers. Royal Air believes in constant evaluation of our service techs and offers year round factory training for those that request it or need it.
\r\nOur maintenance agreement customers get to enjoy what we call “Concierge Service”. We will always give priority placement on our dispatch board to our current maintenance agreement customers. You go right to the top of the list every time. Not only that, you will receive discounted labor rates and discounts on equipment purchases should you need to replace one of your hvac systems.

We offer sheet metal ductwork custom fabricated specifically for your project. Today’s fully automated CNC production lines guarantees ductwork free from manufacturing defects. Our ductwork comes to the job site fully assembled and ready for permanent installation. We offer ductwork with a variety of fastening systems including snap lock seams, Pittsburgh seams, standard S lock and drive, standing seam fasteners, and Ductmate seams for high pressure and over-sized duct.
\r\nWe have the capability to offer standard square duct lined with whatever thickness of insulation that is specified as well as spiral wound round duct and spiral wound oval duct. These two duct systems can also be custom insulated to match any specification.
\r\nAll of our fittings are custom made for the installation at hand and come to the job site fully factory assembled including any dampers or turning vanes.

While this technology has been utilized worldwide since 1982, it has only recently gained a foothold in the United States.  Variable Refrigerant Flow allows for multiple air handling devices to be connected to a single condensing unit.  The inherent limitation with all direct expansion cooling systems has been that to achieve true zoning, you needed to zone the air flow after it had left the air handler.  With VRF, you zone the air handlers.  In Heat Recovery Mode, it is possible to both heat and cool multiple air handlers all while using only one condenser.  This application is tailor made for projects that have multiple zones and a need for direct expansion cooling.  Hospitals, Guest Lodging, Schools, and high rise office buildings offer the best environment for Variable Refrigerant Flow technology.

Royal Air Commercial has had all of the factory certifications and training mandated by mechanical engineers for all major manufacturers.  Daikin, Mitsubishi, Samsung, and LG.  Our installers and technicians have up to date training on commissioning, trouble shooting, and proprietary control solutions for each manufacturer.

We are fully factory trained on installation of Roof Top Units, Standard DX split systems, VRF heat pump and heat recovery systems, Chill Water units and cooling towers, Water sourced heat pumps, Geothermal condensing systems, Boilers, as well as all companion pumping solutions for chill water, Geothermal, and water sourced heat pumps.

Our staff has a multitude of kitchen ventilation hood projects in our portfolio. We have a highly trained staff of installation specialists to help with any kitchen project. We have successfully completed grease hood projects for a diverse clientele such as various food courts in the Downtown Tunnels, multiple education complexes, many retail fast food and casual dining chains, and commercial catering and commissary applications. We have installed and commissioned chemical and biological hood projects for a wide range of customers such as the DeBakey Veterans Administration Hospital, Rector seal Solvents and Sealants, and various other medical and research facilities.
