Dan Ward's Bio
Dan Ward has over 30 years of emergency service experience in contents restoration and large structural drying/remediation projects related to fire, water and insurance related damages in the residential, commercial and industrial settings. His broad work experience consists of on-location cleanings and structural repairs in the residential, commercial or industrial sectors to catastrophic emergency response such as the Northridge and Lomo Prieta earthquakes, as well as Hurricanes Charley, Fran, Jeanne, Opal, Iniki, Katrina, Hugo and Irma. In addition, he has also provided catastrophe local emergency response during the Bay Area freeze and Southern California firestorms of 2007 and 2017. As the Executive Vice President of the Pacific Northwest, his responsibilities include direct management and oversight responsibilities of the San Francisco, Sacramento, San Jose and Seattle offices. Mr. Ward is directly involved with project oversight on large commercial and industrial losses throughout the United States.
During his tenure, Mr. Ward has successfully handled thousands of technical losses due to fire, flood and smoke damage in complex environments such as colleges, schools, restaurants, commercial buildings, private residences and the industrial sector to name just a few. Over the last several years, Mr. Ward has worked hand in hand with the Catholic Archdiocese, several large school districts and colleges with their restoration and re-construction projects. He has also helped to implement Catastrophe plans for their facilities and risk departments and is often called upon by his clients due to his extensive and diversified technical knowledge base.
Mr. Ward has lectured to national and local organizations on the subject of Water Remediation, Mold Remediation, and Emergency Services. Clients who have utilized his services have included School Officials, Attorneys, Insurance Companies, General Contractors and Building Owners.

Doug Fairless's Bio
Doug Fairless has over 25 years of experience in contents restoration, mold and asbestos remediation as well as structural repairs related to fire, water and insurance related damages in the residential and commercial sectors. In addition, Mr. Fairless’ work experience includes providing catastrophic emergency response such as the flooding in Iowa, Hurricane Ike, Harvey and Irma. Doug is an active participant in American Technologies, Inc.’s Catastrophe Response Team which is dedicated to extending expert services encompassing all aspects of the immediate recovery process.
Mr. Fairless is an Executive Vice President at ATI and oversees the organization’s Midwest and East Coast operations. He oversees the regional offices in Chicago, Boston, Tampa and Philadelphia. In this capacity, his responsibilities include the day-to-day operations and overall management of the structure, contents and environmental division. He has been a member of the American Technologies team for over 23 years and during this time, his responsibilities have included but not been limited to: division management; management of complex and difficult structural losses for both residential and commercial clientele; high profile client losses involving contents packout, artwork handling and renovation, furniture restoration, upholstery and drapery repairs as well as large and small emergency water mitigation losses involving desiccant drying procedures, containment set up for mold and asbestos issues which were all performed to the complete satisfaction of both the insured and carriers. In addition, Mr. Fairless also has prior work experience in management for a Fortune 500 company including district, regional and operational management.
Mr. Fairless is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management and a minor in Agricultural Business Economics. He holds a Class B General Contractor’s License (License Number 669843). Mr. Fairless’ extensive training background consists of water mitigation, fire restoration, environmental remediation, reconstruction and contents processing. In addition, he has also successfully completed the Successful Subrogation: A Correspondence Course for RestorationContractors program.
Eric Gotham's Bio
Eric has 24 years of experience in the restoration and reconstruction industry, and has worked at ATI for the past 17 years. His background includes cost estimating, auditing, and project management for large losses impacting commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, and school/university properties. Eric’s service areas of excellence include water damage, fire and smoke damage, emergency response, and reconstruction projects.
Today, Eric serves as ATI’s Vice President for the San Diego and Las Vegas regions. His key responsibilities include overseeing ATI’s existing accounts and new business development, monitoring and creating new systems to drive value for customers, developing ATI talent, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, and managing all financial aspects. Eric is passionate about identifying talent and helping others grow their careers at ATI, which has resulted in various in-house promotions, stronger teams and continuous improvement. He serves as a mentor to his team, sharing best practices gained through decades of industry experience. His unique ability to listen and show empathy toward ATI staff and customers enables him to effectively solve problems and drive successful outcomes for each project.
Eric’s previous positions with ATI include Project Director, Assistant Regional Manager and Regional Manager. Throughout his tenure, he has played an instrumental role in growing our business using innovative approaches. When Eric joined ATI 17 years ago, the San Diego office had been partnering with insurance companies and general contractors to secure projects. However, Eric saw an opportunity to develop new business relationships with property management companies, which created additional business opportunities for ATI. Today, this customer segment is one of our largest. As part of ATI’s first ever Health Science Services (HSS) team, he was also one of the first Project Directors to support hospitals and their affiliates. The healthcare sector remains a key area for growth potential at ATI.

Gary Moore's Bio
Gary Moore is the Founder and President of American Technologies, Inc. He has over 35 years of experience in construction management involving hazardous waste remediation, asbestos, lead and mold abatement as well as commercial, industrial and residential emergency response. In addition to the above, Mr. Moore has provided catastrophic emergency restoration in the residential, commercial and industrial settings to mitigate damages caused by natural disasters such as Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne; earthquakes such as Northridge; firestorms such as that experienced in 2003 at Scripps Ranch and in seven counties of Southern California in 2007 as well as other catastrophic events such as September 11, Hurricane Katrina, Super Storm Sandy, and Hurricanes Harvey and Irma in 2017. Mr. Moore has worked throughout the United States in both the commercial, industrial and residential sectors.
In addition to the above, Mr. Moore is the President and founder of American Restoration De Mexico S.A. de C.V. which provides catastrophic emergency restoration due to natural disasters (such as Hurricane Wilma) or fire and water damage in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Mr. Moore is a graduate of Texas Christian University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.
Mr. Moore holds an Asbestos Certification from Georgia Institute of Technology and Hazardous Waste Remediation and Emergency Response. He is also a Certified Asbestos Consultant for the State of California, Division of Health and Safety. He received his lead training from U.C. San Diego and is certified by the California Department of Health Services as an Inspector/Assessor and Construction Supervisor for lead related activities. Mr. Moore maintains six State Contractors' Licenses in California, Arizona, Nevada, Louisiana, Oregon and Washington. He is also licensed to perform asbestos abatement in California, Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada and New Mexico as well as mold abatement in Louisiana. Gary has a CMR (Council-certified Microbial Remediator) credential issued by the American Council for Accredited Certification, certification number CMR02111.

Jeff Moore's Bio
Mr. Moore has over seventeen (17) years of experience in contents restoration, environmental remediation (asbestos and mold) and structural repairs related to fire, water and insurance related damages in the residential and commercial fields. Mr. Moore is an Executive Vice President at American Technologies, Inc. In his role as an EVP, he has been assigned the responsibility of the following: oversight of the regional offices in Phoenix, Tucson, Dallas, Houston and Denver. Management of the sales and marketing department for the organization; as well as the management of the organization’s catastrophic operations, both within and outside the contiguous United States.
During the period of 1994 through 2007, Mr. Moore has held a plethora of roles within American Technologies, Inc. to include restoration technician, environmental abatement supervisor, business development representative, project manager and a branch manager. The most notable positions which are pertinent for the RIA certifications include the field positions held in both the restoration and environmental divisions. For the period of 1994 to 1998, Jeff worked in the field within both of these divisions both as a technician and supervisor on water and fire losses; on-location cleaning projects; contents pack outs; mold remediation projects; asbestos abatement jobs and other related restoration projects. The projects on which he worked varied from a toilet overflow to managing 75 people in the field on a major commercial water loss. From 2001 until 2004, Jeff was a Project Manager for the organization who was trained to handle and write estimates for all of ATI’s services at a time when very few were charged with handling all aspects of our service lines. During the time frame of 2003 and 2004, he was a recipient of several awards such as Project Manager of the year in which honored his dedication to his clientele, business acumen and strong performance. Thereafter, he was promoted to a Branch Manager for which he was assigned oversight responsibility for the operations of the San Bernardino and Phoenix locations. Each office was started with the assistance of two (2) to four (4) personnel and no confirmed sales and has flourished under his leadership in a three (3) year span to locations that have sales totaling over eight (8) million and the employ of over sixty-five (65) full time employees.
Jeff is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and holds a Bachelor of Business in Managementwith a minor in Spanish. During the pursuit of his scholastic endeavors, he lived and studied abroad in Mexico and Spain. Jeff is fluent in conversational and written Spanish. He has also attended Cal State Hayward University as an MBA Student majoring in General Management/Marketing.

Jeff Huddleston's Bio
Jeff Huddleston has over 32 years of extensive knowledge and experience in abatement and remediation in the constructionindustry. He has worked throughout the United States in both the commercial, residential and industrial sectors, and past work experience consists of field superintendent, general foreman, marketing, general manager and estimating. As the Environmental and Healthcare Operations Manager, Mr. Huddleston works out of the corporate headquarters in Orange. He is responsible for management of both the environmental and healthcare divisions, direct project management, marketing and sales.
Mr. Huddleston attended Saddleback College as a business major and also is an EPA/AHERA certified Contractor/Supervisor for asbestos and lead. Mr. Huddleston also holds a C-2 and Asbestos license with the California Contractors State License Board.
Clients who have utilized Mr. Huddleston's services include the Healthcare Industry, the Education sector, Property Managers, Attorneys, Insurance Companies, General Contractors, Building Owners, and Industrial Hygienist firms.
In the past, he has served as Vice President on the Board of Directors for the CCEIA (California Chapter Environmental Information Association). Ryan Moore's Bio
With over 16 years at ATI, Ryan Moore has established his career within the restoration and reconstruction industry by gaining hands-on experience across every facet of the family-owned business. Ryan specializes in the full breadth of ATI’s service offerings, including fire/smoke damage restoration, water damage restoration, catastrophe response, restoration and cleaning, mold, contents cleaning, asbestos and lead abatement, biohazard decontamination, emergency response, demolition, reconstruction and consulting. Because disaster can strike anywhere, Ryan has experience working with clients across a wide range of industries and has overseen projects for commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, government, financial, hospitality, military, retail and school/university property owners.
As ATI’s Executive Vice President, Ryan is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations in the Southern California and Nevada regions, working closely with the regional managers within these markets to ensure client satisfaction on every project. He oversees ATI’s health and environmental services division, training programs and safety and IT corporate departments. Ryan has played a critical role in launching the company’s culture initiative, ATI Cares, which seeks to drive employee engagement across the company’s 20 locations.
His ability to drive innovation provides clients with greater value and supports the company’s growth trajectory. Recently, Ryan has provided oversight for a $35 million project for a world-leading electronic measurement company that experienced fire damage and a $5.6 million project for a luxury hotel chain that was impacted by the mudslides in Montecito, CA.
Beginning at age 12, Ryan remembers working in the ATI mail room to help out his family-run business, which was a small startup at the time. After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in business managementand communication from Arizona State University, Ryan officially joined the ATI team and served many positions, working his way up from an entry-level role. His previous titles include Regional Manager, Project Manager, Construction Supervisor and Restoration/Environmental Supervisor. Throughout the years, Ryan has been recognized for high performance and was the winner of several ATI awards including Most Improved Office, Outstanding Service and Highest Revenue.

Steven E. Pace's Bio
Steven E. Pace has over 30 years experience in accounting, finance, and administration. While employed in public accounting, he specialized in construction accounting and taxation. Mr. Pace has also served as a Controller for a public works general contractor and as Vice President and Controller for a high tech organization that provided state of the art automation services to the travel industry.
Mr. Pace joined American Technologies, Inc. in 2000. As CFO he is involved in the organization's day-to-day management. In addition to his primary responsibility for the company's financial affairs, he has oversight responsibility for the accounting and administrative operations.
He is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.

Aaron Murray's Bio
Aaron Murray has over 15 years experience in regards to fire and water restoration as it pertains to insurance related losses in the residential, industrial and commercial sectors. His experience encompasses many areas of the construction industry such as business development, project management and estimating. During his career he has held increasingly responsible positions in this industry such as General Manager and Vice President of Operations. As the Regional Manager for American Technologies, Inc.'s Las Vegas Operations, his responsibilities include direct project management and oversight accountability for the Nevada region.
Mr. Murray is a graduate of California State University Chico and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications. Aaron has undergone extensive training in fire and water restoration and holds certifications encompassing a broad range of industry topics including but not limited to water mitigation, fire restoration, construction contracts, time management in the construction industry, commercial/residential blue print reading and design and estimating. In addition, he has also successfully completed Successful Subrogation: A Correspondence Course for Restoration Contractors.

Barry Metcalf's Bio
Barry Metcalf has over 13 years of industry experience in regards to fire and water restoration and mold remediation as it pertains to insurance related losses in the residential, industrial and commercial sectors. Mr. Metcalf commenced his infomal training in the constrution industry working various construction projects while earning his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University at Sacramento. His experience was later augmented with his position as a District Manager with a national direct repair company. In addition to his constructionbackground, he has extensive experience in handling insurance related losses gained while working as a Claims Specialist and Catastrophe Adjuster throughout the country for a national insurance carrier.
As the Regional Manager of American Technologies, Inc.'s Sacramento Operations, his responsibilities include direct project management and oversight responsibilities for Sacramento County and the surrounding areas. During his tenure, Mr. Metcalf has successfully handled hundreds of technical losses due to fire, flood and smoke damage in complex environments such as colleges, schools, restaurants, commercial buildings, private residences and the industrial sector to name just a few.
Barry has undergone extensive training in fire and water restoration and holds certifications encompassing a broad range of industry topics including but not limited to IICRC courses in water damage restoration and mold remediation; train-the-trainer courses in infrared imaging and Xactimate estimating. He has also succesfully completed the Successful Subrogation: A Correspondence Course for Restoration Contractors and is a certified Asbestos Building Inspector.
Drew Wendland's Bio
Drew has 20 years of experience in the restoration and reconstruction industry, with expertise in managing losses for the hospitality, retail, multi-family residential and commercialsectors. Drew’s areas of excellence include handling smoke, water, fire, environmental, and biohazard decontamination claims. He also has experience in catastrophe response, which includes hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires, and floods. With an insurance background, Drew leverages his competencies in insurance claim resolution to ensure that clients are satisfied with project results.
For over two years, Drew has served as ATI’s Regional Manager in California, covering the Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Kern counties. He oversees all aspects of the Los Angeles branch and is responsible for the management of operations, construction, administration and sales. Drew regularly meets with operations, construction, and administrative managers to discuss issues and solve problems. His commitment to great customer service allows him to proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. Recognizing the importance of employee engagement, Drew also makes time to consistently praise staff and crew for a job well done. His communication skills allow him to grow and build solid teams. He also collaborates with ATI project directors and our sales team to help win new projects.
Prior to joining ATI, Drew served as a Vice President and Executive General Adjuster for a global loss adjusting company. He began his career working as an adjuster for several insurance companies and has handled claims internationally.
Dew received his Associate in Claims (AIC™) designation from The Institutes, a knowledge leader for the risk management and insurance community. He also earned his Asbestos Supervisor Certificate and completed training through Comprehensive Environmental Resource Training (CERT). He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Henry Cho's Bio
With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Henry Cho is a seasoned manager in the fields of both emergency servicesand reconstruction. He has led a range of major projects in both residential and commercial settings.
Mr. Cho currently manages ATI’s Riverside, CA branch office, where he oversees day-to-day operations and project implementation. Previously, he served as Project Manager at ATI’s Orange, CA branch office for more than a decade. Prior to joining ATI, he supervised high-end residential projects for an architectural firm.
Mr. Cho holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. He is IICRC-certified in water restoration, fire and smoke restoration, odor control, applied structural drying, and applied microbial remediation.

Nathan Kazlauskas's Bio
Nathan Kazlauskas brings more than 24 years of experience in water
and fire damage restoration, including extensive work
in residential losses as well as in industrial
and commercialenvironments. Mr. Kaslauskas joined ATI in 2015 as
Regional Manager, covering branch offices in both Portland, OR and
Seattle, WA. In this role, he manages business development, oversees
projects, and handles branch operations for all of the Pacific Northwest.
Previously, Mr. Kazlauskas managed all aspects of operations
for another large, national restoration firm – including both
mitigation and construction divisions. He has also served
in managementroles with two different major property management firms.
As Senior Regional Manager at Investco Property Management, he led
operations for 13 properties and supervised over $6 million in capital
improvements. For Equity Residential, he oversaw
facility management operations throughout the West Coast including
California, Oregon, Colorado, and the Seattle metro area. He began his
career with a large carpet cleaning firm in Seattle, where he
supervised the cleaning and water mitigation department for several
years.
Mr. Kazlauskas is an active member of and facilitator for the
Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA) and he also serves
as a facilitator for the National Apartment Association (NAA). He
holds certifications in water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation.
Scott Moore's Bio
Scott Moore is a restoration and reconstruction expert and has worked at ATI for the past 19 years. He specializes in a full spectrum of services including fire/smoke, and water damage restoration, mold remediation, asbestos and lead abatement, document drying, electronics cleaning, pack out/pack ins, total loss inventory control, contents cleaning, biohazard decontamination, emergency services, demolition and reconstruction. He has experience working in diverse environments, managing projects for commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, school and hospital clients.
Scott’s main responsibilities include ensuring standardization and quality among all 20 ATI locations by developing and enforcing the company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs). He handles large loss restoration projects throughout the U.S. and heads up ATI’s Catastrophe (CAT) division. Scott and his CAT team are first responders to natural disasters. Anytime a natural disaster occurs and ATI’s services are needed, Scott and his team are on the next flight out to be the first boots that hit the ground. Scott also oversees hiring, handles purchasing equipment and technology, and manages inventory.
Other ATI roles that Scott has previously held include Restoration Supervisor, ConstructionSuperintendent, Operations Manager and Project Director. He began his career by working in the field as a technician and helped out in the warehouse every summer between the ages of 12-18 to support this family-owned business. Scott’s passion for the business, appreciation of his teammates and communication skills has helped him be successful in a variety of roles, allowing him to effectively partner with colleagues and clients to achieve a project’s goal.
Recently, Scott ran the largest job in ATI history for a world-leading electronic measurement company that experienced major fire damage on multiple facilities. He also led multiple back-to-back projects in response to catastrophic events, including two hurricanes, southern California wildfires, northern California wildfires and the California mudslides, all which occurred within a five month period.
