Scope Of Work
Scope of Work: Clean vinyl siding of 48 (16 unit) apartment buildings. Removing mildew, dirt, and debris from the exterior siding. Price includes washing soffits and gutters. Windows will be rinsed during service. Using our low pressure washing equipment, My Guy Services will safely remove and kill all mildew spores from the siding. All surrounding vegetation will be watered before and after service.
