Vicki Mooney is a results-oriented Environmental Scientist with 20+ years’ experience in development and project management in the environmental field with government, private and non-profit organizations.

She is credited with expertise in analysis, design and supervision of processes, resources, planning and government reporting. Vicki has a diverse environmental background including fisheries biology, stormwater and wetland permitting/compliance, waste disposal, petroleum storage tank permitting/compliance and spill response.

She is accomplished in taking programs from concept to launch and instrumental in streamlining and improving processes, enhancing productivity and implementing technology solutions. Vicki also possesses United States Army Reserve Veteran status and is a veteran owned business member.
