Scope Of Work
Goal – Install new bra fixtures in each store in one-night, executing work after hours to ensure the retail floor was sale ready for open hours.
Scope of Work – Coordinating after-hour deliveries of large fixtures, assembly, and resetting existing fixtures.
Results – Icon mobilized a superintendent and a two-man team of carpenters to execute the work at each store. Icon successfully completed 70 stores within the two-week timeframe.
