Scope Of Work
This project included approximately 250,000 cubic yards of cut & fill, 900,000 square feet of asphalt pavement, 25,000 linear feet of pipe, and construction of a 1,500,000 square foot building pad. The site was built on challenging soils, nearly all of which required lime or cement stabilization. Pipe installation includes waterline, fire line, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer. Roadway widening, clearing, sediment basin excavation, and maintenance road construction were also scopes involved in the construction of Red Twig.
