Scope Of Work
LPX’s scope consisted of nearly 100,000 cubic yards of earthwork, roughly 60,000 cubic yards of that as mass rock excavation. Paving, curbs, grading, storm sewers, domestic and fire water service, sanitary, sewer service, retaining walls, and underground duct banks for site electric/gas/lighting/irrigation and communication were all part of LPX’s work. For site access, we constructed roadway improvements to Bush Farm Road consisting of a turning land into and out of the complex. Click here to download a PDF version of this project.
