Scope Of Work
Project Background: The site is located at 3408 Bardstown Road and was the location of Showcase Cinemas and consisted of approx. 19 acres of asphalt and old building rubble. Project Description: Site Construction of a new 167,242 sf Costco Warehouse. Louisville Paving and Construction crews performed earthwork, sanitary and storm sewer installation, waterline installation, stone base and asphalt paving, along with road widening and median work in right of way work. The project took 135 days from the time the old asphalt was being milled to the time Costco opened to the public. Pipe crews and a earthwork crews were also on site.
