Scope Of Work

MCP provided General Contracting services including utilizing on our own in house staff for electrical and carpentry scopes for the Arvest bank lobby remodel. MCP was responsible for all schedule coordination with our own subs and the owner’s subs and ensuring the project met the tight schedule deadlines. The bank remained open during the process, closing for one day for the teller line demo and install. Timing was critical as permission to close for the one day was granted a month in advance from the FDIC.

Project Details

The lobby remodel included three existing offices, bathroom move, conference room, six cubicle offices, front teller line, safe, back workroom area, addition entry doors, concrete replacement, and drive through upgrades. Added during this remodel were ADA compliances, security upgrades and monitoring, two offices, bathroom, four additional glass cubicle offices, and upgrading existing lights to LED. Multiple trades were involved including flooring, paint, carpentry and electrical (MCP self-preform), plumbing, special finishes, among others. MCP coordinated work between in house staff, MCP hired subcontractors, and owner hired subcontractors and vendors including delivery and install of all the owner’s specialty cabinetry and finishes. Work took place while the bank was open, and special care was given to create a safe and welcoming environment during the remodel, establishing rapport with bank staff to minimize disruptions.
