Scope Of Work
Demolition of three buildings to construct a $4 million dollar, 33,999 square foot apartment building with three stories. The tight site lines and adjacency to St. Mary’s Hospital of Rochester required close coordination with the hospital, neighbors and city to keep emergency lanes accessible.
