Scope Of Work
It doesn’t always make sense to completely repave a parking lot when problems exist only on a small portion of the pavement. For this client’s parking lot, we did a patch job to prevent a small problem from becoming a big (and expensive) one. We saw cut and removed the deteriorated asphalt, applied a tack coat patch with hot mix asphalt, and compacted the area.
