Scope Of Work
Renovation of the iconic Orpheum Theatre in the Middle Market district in San Francisco. Scope comprised of reimagining the Blue Room requiring the removal of existing lounge space and then rebuilding a full fitout with high-end millwork, flooring and finishes. Additional scope included the creation of the VIP Ambassador Lounge plus additional refurbishments and lighting upgrades throughout.
