Scope Of Work
A new 73,000 SF, two-story elementary school with 25 classrooms divided into seven learning pods. Other amenities include a full-size gymnasium, large lunchroom and full-service kitchen, and a spacious community living room area. The new school can host up to 700 students. CS saved $500,000 in costs through value engineering iterations.
