Scope Of Work
On the corner of 4th and Broadway is the old Cosgrove Building, the foundation of which dates back to the 1800’s. Over the years it has had many additions and renovations. The most current renovation is the tenant improvement project for the Spike Africa Restaurant. This project had Watkins Landmark pealing away layers of San Diego construction history in order to highlight the historical aspects of the structure while building a restaurant that is on its way to becoming one of the landmarks of the Gaslamp Quarter.
