Scope Of Work
Landmark completed a 1900 sf tenant improvement project for San Antonio Shoes. The build-out required a complete demolition from floor to ceiling. The space was then divided into an 1100 sf showroom and an 800 sf storeroom. The project included installation of underground plumbing, electrical & low voltage, reconfiguration of the mechanical system, and a total electrical upgrade, including a sophisticated 12 zone Lutron Control system to control over 60 light fixtures. All finishes were high end, including engineered Teak flooring.
