Scope Of Work
The St. Therese of Carmel Parking Lot Addition is a project located in the Southwest corner of the property. The site is approximately .82 acres and will be graded, paved, restriped and landscaped to allow for parking of approximately 63 cars, appropriate site drainage and storm water management. The existing Church facilities and Notre Dame Academy will remain open during construction.
The Prayer Garden Project is an addition to the existing Church and Private School Campus; and includes a grotto, retaining walls, landscaping and associated site work.
