CGI oversees the district maintenance of all of their buildings. Some of our responsibilities includes; capital improvements, deferred maintenance, monthly/quarterly/annual tests, inspections and checks, MPCA reporting, Mock OSHA inspections, Fire Marshall inspections, along with other duties.
