Scope Of Work
The UC Davis ARC Project is a two-story construction project that includes a 12,500 sq. ft. exterior expansion to the existing courtyard, a 2,533 sq. ft. interior mezzanine in the existing two-story lobby, a 2,066 sq. ft. exterior open functional training area and 26,650 sq. ft. of interior renovation work. The project also includes demolition, grading, landscaping, steel framing, glass fiber reinforced concrete panels, ceiling hung track for fitness equipment, storefront and athletic specialty finishes.
