Scope Of Work
Freighters Eatery & Taproom is a full-service restaurant featuring extensive indoor and outdoor seating, 11 flat- screen TV’s and a 21 seat bar. All of these features culminate with a breathtaking view of the Saint Clair River and Blue Water Bridge, under which the restaurant is located.
As part of a larger multi-phase, $27 million dollar, public- private partnership development between Saint Clair County, JB Real Estate Ventures, and Orion Real Estate Solutions, Freighters serves adjacent DoubleTree by Hilton hotel guests, 45,000 sq. ft. convention center, and Baker College Culinary Institute of Michigan students.
