Scope Of Work
The scope of the project is the removal of vegetative debris from the city streets. The removal process has been estimated to run through the end of 2017. Multiple crews and general contractors working around the area to bring the streets and city back to normal business as usual. The challenges faced by darkhorse were immobilization of equipment and man power and getting them from Dallas to Miami. We moved some of the personel by vehicle and flew some down. Also another was coordinating renting equipment with service companies that we have never used before. We found several companies who were very veteran friendly and helped to ensure us that we could be successful in helping the city to rebuild. The customer was very pleased with the work completed by darkhorse and was monitored by city employees to monitor and ensure that all the proper debris was disposed of.
