Scope Of Work
25,000 sq ft ground up sports medicine training facility and offices. This project included x-ray room, examination rooms, offices, basketball goal and floor, Tarkett sports floor, an exterior sprint tract, large exterior artificial turf area, large interior artificial turf area. Site challenges included a extensive storm water management system, franchise utility relocations, and the installation of City required deceleration lane.
