Scope Of Work
Renovation of a historic warehouse into a furniture and accessories store. Construction consisted of removal of approx. 1,500sqft of roof deck and constructing new pop-up atrium, wrapping the front elevation with perforated metal skin allowing light into the building through the existing storefront, creating new wood flooring system compatible with existing box car floor material, and creating new wood ceiling treatment.
